Found cat in Birmingham

In this case, this boy is believed to be owned and we are just trying to locate an owner as is our legal requirement and obligation to update them on his condition and see how they would like to proceed. This boy is in the best place possible with people that will act in the best interests of his health and welfare!🙏🏻 ‼️URGENT TREATMENT NEEDED‼️ We need to try find this poorly boys owner urgently 😞 You can see from the photo this boy is receiving the urgent care, attention and treatment he needs but we need to find his family to update them on his condition & care!! He was found on Tavistock Road and believe he lives nearby📍 Please, if you think he is your cat, call the clinic immediately! 📞
